If you are requesting a replacement, you can expect it to be shipped within 3-5 days after your return is received. Items listed as BACKORDERED on your receipt have NOT been charged. They will be charged at time of shipping. Items listed as OUT OF STOCK have NOT been charged and must be re-ordered by our customer at a later date. We apologize for any inconveniences these might cause. DEFECTIVE merchandise will be replaced with identical product. We CANNOT take returns on special orders, personalized items, books, videos or CD's. Also, due to Federal law, we will not be able to accept returns on vaccines and prescription items.
